At our nurseries, all our staff including students and volunteers are suitable to care forchildren.
All our staff have been vetted to determine their suitability to ensure the safety of your children.
We have a friendly, professional and qualified staff.
All our staff have the appropriate qualifications, training, skills, experience and knowledge to help children in their learning and development.
We have lot of staff who hold a teaching qualification or equivalent. The majority of our staff hold a Diplomat in Early Years / Childhood Studies. Only 10 % have a Level 2 and below qualification,
All our staff have had induction training, which include health and safety and child protection and 100% of our staff are First Aid trained to ensure that the children are kept safe.
We ensure that all our staff attends local authority trainings/courses to keep up to date with legal Government/Ofsted requirements.
Our staff is assessed regularly and as soon as we identify weaknesses, we will arrange the appropriate training to help them develop their understanding of the EYFS and how children Learn and Develop.
We also support all our staff to improve their childcare qualifications (most of our staff are studying toward higher qualifications).
At our nurseries, each child belongs to a group and is assigned a key-person, her/his role is to help ensure that every child’s care is tailored to meet their individual needs. However, we focus on ensuring that every child is happy to play freely with any staff.
Our Key Person System is designed to ensure that children are not affected in a case of changes to staff. For this reason, staff work together to ensure that every child's needs are met and that there is continuity in case of a staff member leaving.
