To facilitate this, we ensure that our Terms and Conditions are transparent and easily accessible to all parents. Additionally, we maintain a comprehensive set of Policies and Procedures outlining the operation of our nurseries. Keeping parents informed and involved in their children's progress and learning journey is paramount to us. We regularly update parents on their children's development and learning priorities. Moreover, we highly value and welcome parents' ideas, comments, and suggestions as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of our service and care. We employ various communication channels to share information with parents, including meetings, notice boards, newsletters, emails, SMS, phone calls, our website, and Facebook. In fostering collaboration with parents, we organise events such as Breakfast Mornings, Meet the Key-Person Meetings, Parents Stay and Play Sessions, and opportunities for parents to volunteer as helpers. Parents can conveniently schedule meetings with staff through our online calendars. Furthermore, parents can nominate a staff member for the term and share ideas via our Parent's Portal. To facilitate seamless communication, our online Home Observation form enables parents to share significant events in their child's life with us. Additionally, all necessary forms, including those for medication, existing injuries, causes of concern, and absence notification, are accessible on our Parent's Portal for completion from the comfort of home.
