What Happens Next Depends on Your Funding
Following your visit, you will be required to follow the steps outlined in this section in order to secure your child’s place. Once we have received your preferred start date and complete the final checks, you will be able to complete the registration forms, which provides us with the essential information needed to support your child’s care and wellbeing. We will then arrange settling-in sessions to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition into the nursery environment. Finally, your child will be able to start on the agreed date, ready to begin a fun, nurturing, and enriching early learning journey.

Students
Following your visit, please inform us of your Preferred Start Date for your child’s nursery place. Children funded by a college may begin once we receive official confirmation of funding directly from the college. For those funded through the Childcare Grant Payment Scheme (CGPS), please ensure that you link us to your online account. The first four weeks’ 15% parental contribution must also be paid prior to your child’s start date.
Once we receive your Preferred Start Date notification, we will verify your Funding Code, confirm your funding, and issue the password required to access our Registration Form. After your registration forms have been reviewed and approved, you may begin attending your Settling-In Sessions.

Gov. 15Hrs Funded Childcare
We offer the 15 Hours Government-Funded Place exclusively for eligible non-working parents. If you are employed or hold an 11-digit funding code, please refer to our Private and Mixed Funding section for childcare options suited to your circumstances. If you are unemployed and hold a 6-digit funding code, please select your Preferred Start Date below.
Once we receive your Preferred Start Date notification, we will verify your Funding Code and provide you with the password required to access our Registration Form. After your registration forms have been reviewed and approved, you may begin attending your Settling-In Sessions.
