Understanding Our Fee Structure
We aim to provide transparent and straightforward information regarding our fees
Monthly fees are due in advanceon or before the 28th, ensuring that families can effectively plan their budgets. If your child starts attending mid-month, please note that a full month's fee will be required; however, any overpayment will be credited towards the following month’s fees. Payments can conveniently be made via bank transfer, Tax-Free Childcare, Government Vouchers, or through University and College funding schemes. There is a 10% late payment fee, with a minimum charge of £50, for any fees not received by the due date. Please reach out if you are facing financial hardship.

A registration fee of £100 is payable per child at the point of enrolment;
this fee is waived for families who hold an six-digits code

30 Hours Qualifying Fees
For families who are eligible for the 30 hours funded childcare entitlement, this is delivered through a stretched provision, enabling funded hours to be distributed evenly across the year. This supports continuity of care, promotes regular attendance, and helps maintain stable routines that contribute positively to children’s wellbeing and development.

15 Hours Qualifying Fees
For families who qualify for the 15 hours funded entitlement, funded sessions are offered in line with the available entitlement. Where a child attends beyond their funded hours, additional privately funded sessions will apply. A monthly charge for consumables is applied to contribute towards the cost of meals, snacks, consumable items, and a broad range of enriching activities.
From £75 Per Month
Additional Fees
- Non-working families who hold a valid six-digit government funding code are required to pay a monthly charge for consumables. Children attending our Mini Sessions are not subject to consumables charges.
- Families who are students or teachers and who attend on a term-time-only basis may be eligible for a holiday discount of up to 10% applied to their normal monthly invoice.
- Discounts may be available for families accessing privately funded sessions where a child attends five sessions per week, with reduced rates of up to 5% applied for five half-day or up to 10% for five full-day.
- Additional time attended beyond the booked session is chargeable in increments of 30 minutes.
