Investing in Our Team
Empowering Educators for Excellence
All staff including Managers are required to complete the training listed for each month as part of their ongoing professional development at Renaissance Nurseries. This training ensures staff have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver safe, inclusive, and high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
Staff undertaking the SENCo qualification are exempt from completing some of the SEND training where this content is already covered as part of their accredited course. All other mandatory training, including safeguarding, health and safety, and core EYFS requirements, must still be completed.
For staff completing an Early Years Apprenticeship, relevant training may count towards on-the-job training hours and apprenticeship evidence. Where an alternative training pathway is agreed through Supervision or Appraisal, staff must follow their Individual Training Plan (ITP). Any variations will be recorded, monitored, and reviewed by management.
