Our nurseries are open Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, except Bank and Public Holidays and nursery closures.
Our telephone lines are open to the public during business days and hours between 10 am and 5 pm.
Our mailboxes are not monitored outside of business hours, and we aim to reply to non-urgent emails as soon as possible but within five working days.
Existing Parents can book a call, Zoom, or face-to-face meeting via our online calendar on the Parent’s Portal or add a note on their child’s Mobile App.

"I like this nursery. I visited a few months ago. Three months later, it was still fantastic and friendly, and what I like the most is the diversity and how multiculturalism is promoted. My son is thrilled and is learning so much. I used other nurseries in the past as I have a 5 and a 7 year, and this one is by far the best. Compared to the other nurseries I have used, they should have been rated outstanding by Ofsted. I would recommend it to any parent."
