How do I get Financial Support?
If you are studying, contact your college or university and let them know you have a child who needs childcare while studying.
If you are working, contact the Universal Credit for advise or check if you are entitled to financial support by clicking on the link above or by going on the Gov website.
When can my child start?
If paying your fees privately, your child can register with us and start as soon as we receive your first payment and registration fee.
If funded by the college, as soon as your funding is approved.
If you are funded through the CGPS, you must show us your grant approval letter. You'll then need to link us to your account. On occasions, we're able to allow you to start early. To consider this, you must prove that you have submitted your application and evidence for your application and that you have no one to help you.
What age do you take children?
From birth at our nurseries.
Children who are in full time Reception Class can register to attend our after school and holiday club.
What do I provide?
We provide food, drinks, snack to all children. We do not allow food to come from home. Where a child has a special dietary requirement, we will agree a plan with you.

How do I pay?
You can pay using Tax Free Childcare or bank transfer. You could get government help toward your fees.
When can I terminate my place?
Once you register with us and your fees are paid by the college or university, you can terminate your place at the end of your current academic year, subject to giving us four weeks' notice before the end of your academic year.
- If you are paying termly, you can terminate on the 31st December, 31st March or 31st August. You can not terminate the same term you started so its a minimum of 2 terms attendance.
For example, if you start on the 1st November, you can terminate on the 31st March subject to 4 weeks written notice before the end of the term.
- If paying monthly, you are required to attend a minimum of 12 months before you can terminate your place subject to giving 4 weeks written notice before your membership renewal date.
- If you joined us on Ad Hoc basis, there is no notice period and you book as and when needed. We prioritise our Permanent and Shift members so early advance booking is advised.
How does the payment work?
Our fees are due termly or monthly in advance if paying privately.
The college will pay 100% of your fees directly to us.
If we claim your fees using the CGPS, we will claim 85% over 52 weeks from your CGPS account, as your fees are calculated to be paid weekly. The remaining 15% will be claimed directly from you. You can agree to pay weekly, monthly, termly or annually.
What if my University or College grant is cancelled?
You must provide evidence so we can suspend or terminate your place without further charges. We will invoice you directly and apply our Termination Notice if you don't provide the proof.
My child is in a school nursery. Can you collect?
No. Children must have already started full primary school education to attend our after school snd holiday club. Children under 4 or who have not started Reception Class an register to attend our nurseries.
