We aim to work in good partnership with all parents and carers for the children's best interest.

To ensure we develop a good and positive relationship with our parents, we ensure that our Terms and Conditions are clear and accessible to all our parents. We have a list of Policies and Procedures that details how we operate our nurseries.

We inform parents and keep up to date with children's progress and learning priorities.

We welcome parents' ideas, comments and suggestions as we continuously seek ways to improve the quality of our service and care.

We use the following ways to share information with our parents

Meetings, Notice Boards, Newsletters, Emails, SMS, Phone Calls, Website and Facebook.

We use the following ways to work in partnership with our parents

We organise Breakfast Mornings, Meet the Key-Person Meeting, Parent Stay and Play Sessions, Parents Helpers, and much more. Our staff calendars are online for parents to book a meeting anytime.

Parents can nominate the Term staff member and share ideas via our Parent's Portal.

Our online Home Observation form can be used to share important events in your child's life with us.

All our forms, including Medication, Existing Injuries, Cause of Concern, and Absence Notification, can be found on our Parent's Portal for parents to complete from the comfort of their homes..

Our 2021-2022 Parents of the Year

This year, nominating only one family took a lot of work.

We, therefore, have two families that have made a significant difference to us this year.

Our Parents of the Year Reward went to the Stubbs and Valceanu Families.

Since joining us, the Valcenu Family has been fantastic toward all our staff. They worked with us to ensure consistency in their child’s learning and development and supported us in supporting their child. They followed our advice and offered us support, too. Last year, the Valceanu Family offered us all the signage we have at our Limewood Branch to help promote our new setting. Over the past years, the Stubbs Family has constantly helped us improve the quality of service we offer to all our parents. They regularly gave us constructive feedback and shared tips and ideas on how to build a positive relationship with our parents. They are always respectful toward all staff and constantly participate in what’s happening at the nursery.
